This project looks at the realities of businesses and how they coped during COVID. A lot of businesses were hit very hard once COVID19 entered Ireland. The country went into an extreme lockdown which caused all nonessential businesses to close. Not only was that hard on the consumers of this county but on the business owners, as this was their lively hood. In my images I show some businesses fully closed and some that were eventually able to open. Something as simple as being able to go and get a takeaway coffee or a takeaway pint with friends is what really lifted the spirits and made a big difference in our country.
