This work explores my reality of living with a Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD). It illustrates the unsettlement that comes with sudden anxiety and panic attacks. Sometimes I feel too much, sometimes not enough.
This was made with a pure cathartic purpose; the goal being to study my weaknesses, understand them, and grow stronger from the experience. This is not a cry for help, this is me showing you that it’s okay to not feel okay all the time.
